| dc.description.abstract | 인젝션 락킹 기반 링오실레이터의 피브이티 변화 교정을 위한 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명은 기준클럭생성부에서 생성된 기준클럭을 입력받아 주입펄스를 생성하는 주입펄스생성기와, 상기 주입펄스생성기의 주입펄스를 입력받아 소정 주파수를 출력하는 제1의 링형태의 VCO와, 제2의 링형태의 VCO 및 상기 기준클럭생성부에서 생성된 기준클럭과 상기 제2의 VCO의 출력주파수(Fvco)를 입력받아 디지털 보정을 행하여 상기 제1 및 제2의 VCO 제어전압으로 입력하는 피드백회로를 포함하여 구성함으로써, PVT 변화에 대해 안정적인 체배된 주파수를 생성할 수 있다. | - |
