| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 전압제어 발진기에 관한 것이다. 본 전압제어 발진기는, 제1 전압과 상기 제1 전압보다 낮은 제2 전압 사이를 소정 개수로 균등하게 분할한 전압 레벨 중 선택된 전압 레벨에 대응하는 전압을 출력하는 DAC(Digitla-to-Analog Converter)부, 제1 및 제2 지연 셀을 포함하는 두단계 링 VCO부, 및 DAC부로부터 출력되는 전압을 정전압으로 변환하여, 주파수 대역을 설정하는 설정 전압으로 VOC부에 공급하는 전압 레귤레이터부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 전압 대 주파수 이득(KVCO )을 조절할 수 있는 기능을 갖는 광대역 이중 튜닝 링 전압제어 발진기가 제공된다. | - |
