| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 전압제어 발진기에 관한 것이다. 본 전압제어 발진기는, 주파수를 발진하는 LC 공진 회로와 발진 주파수를 증폭하는 증폭 회로를 포함하는 제1 회로부, 스위칭 저항 성분에 의한 전압 강하를 보상하는 회로와, 제1 회로부와 연결시 전체 트랜스 컨덕턴스를 증가시키기 위한 회로를 포함하는 제2 회로부, 및 제1 회로부와 제2 회로부의 연결을 단속하는 스위칭부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 주파수 대역이 확장된 광대역 전압제어 발진기가 제공된다. | - |
