| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 백린을 이용한 인듐 포스파이드 양자점 및 인듐 포스파이드/아연황셀레늄 코어/쉘 양자점의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 백린을 인원(PHOSPHORUS SOURCE)으로 사용하는 열분해 방법을 이용함으로써 발광 특성이 우수한 다양한 크기의 인듐 포스파이드 양자점을 합성할 수 있는, 백린을 이용한 인듐 포스파이드 양자점 및 인듐 포스파이드/아연황셀레늄 코어/쉘 양자점의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 백린을 금속염 형태로 사용하지 않기 때문에 반응이 안정적이어서 대량 생산에 적합하고, 계면활성제의 종류 또는 농도를 조절하거나 진공화(DEGASSING) 온도를 조절함으로써 양자점의 크기를 쉽게 조절할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 양자점을 콜로이드 상으로 제조하는 것이 가능하여 활용 범위가 넓으며, 발광성능이 매우 우수한 인듐 포스파이드 양자점을 제조할 수 있다. | - |
