본 발명은 나노와이어를 이용하여 기판에 나노 패턴을 형성시켜 제조단가를 저감할 수 있는 나노와이어 소자 제조 방법을 제공하는 것에 그 목적이 있다.
상기의 목적 달성을 위하여 본 발명은, 기판 상에 제1나노와이어를 생성하는 제1단계; 상기 기판 상단에 제1나노와이어의 길이보다 작은 절연막을 형성하는 제2단계; 상기 제1나노와이어를 제거하여 절연막에 의한 나노패턴을 형성하는 제3단계; 상기 나노패턴의 홀에 제2나노와이어 코어부를 형성하는 제4단계; 상기 제2나노와이어 코어부 표면에 쉘부를 형성하는 제5단계; 및 상기 제2나노와이어 쉘부의 상단을 서로 연결하는 전극을 형성하는 제6단계를 포함한다.
