- 본 발명은, 이송장치 및 이를 이용한 웨이퍼 이송방법에 관한 것으로, 이송 대상물을 설정 위치로 이동시키기 위해 로봇 암에 상기 이송 대상물을 안착시키는 단계; 상기 로봇 암에 상호 이격되어 복수 개 구비된 접착 패드들이 상기 이송 대상물에 접착하는 단계; 상기 이송 대상물이 안착된 상기 로봇 암이 이동하여 상기 적층 컨테이너의 내부로 인입되는 단계; 및 상기 이송 대상물을 상기 적층 컨테이너 내부에 안착시키고, 상기 이송 대상물과 상기 이송 대상물에 접착된 상기 접착 패드들이 분리되는 단계를 포함한다.
