- 본 발명은, 진공흡착 장치용 미세섬모 구조물에 관한 것으로, 베이스 부재; 상기 베이스 부재 상에 돌출되며, 상호 이격되어 복수 개가 배치되어 있는 미세섬모들; 상기 각 미세섬모의 선단으로부터 연장되되, 오목한 형태의 홈을 갖는 돌기가 형성되고, 상기 홈이 형성된 방향으로 상기 돌기가 접착대상물에 밀착하여 접착되는 진공접착부; 및 상기 진공접착부가 상기 접착대상물에 밀착되어 있을 때, 상기 진공접착부와 상기 접착대상물 사이의 공기층을 가열하는 가열수단을 포함한다.
