| dc.description.abstract | 펄스 생성기를 제공한다. 상기 펄스 생성기는 제1 펄스 폭을 가지는 제1 펄스를 입력받아 상기 제1 펄스의 라이징 엣지 및 폴링 엣지 중 어느 하나의 엣지를 기준으로 특정 시간 지연 값만큼 시간 지연시킨 펄스를 출력하는 지연 셀을 복수개 포함하는 시간 지연 펄스 생성부; 상기 시간 지연 펄스 생성부로부터 복수의 시간 지연 펄스를 입력 받아 제2펄스 폭을 가지는 제2 펄스를 생성하는 엣지 결합기; 및 상기 엣지 결합기에서 생성된 제2 펄스의 출력 개수를 조정하는 채널 선택기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면 저 비용의 CMOS 공정에서 한계에 가까운 동작특성을 얻을 수 있으며, 버스트 펄스(Burst pulse)생성에도 유리하여 넌-코히어런트(Non-coherent) IR-UWB 시스템에 효과적으로 적용될 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 펄스 생성기는 저전력과 작은 크기를 요구하는 WPAN과 WBAN 등의 시스템에도 적합하다. | - |
