| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 노이즈를 저감하면서 소비전력을 개선할 수 있도록 한 터치 검출장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 터치 검출장치는, 서로 대향 배치되어 정전용량을 형성하는 다수의 제1 전극들 및 제2 전극들을 포함하는 터치스크린패널과; 상기 제1 전극들로 구동신호를 공급하기 위한 구동회로와; 상기 제2 전극들로부터 센싱신호를 검출하고 상기 센싱신호에 대응하여 터치입력을 인식하기 위한 센싱회로;를 포함하며, 상기 센싱회로는, 각각의 제2 전극들로부터의 센싱신호에 소정의 코드를 부여하여 변조하기 위한 스위칭 유닛과; 상기 스위칭 유닛에 의해 변조된 센싱신호를 증폭하기 위한 증폭부와; 상기 증폭부에 의해 증폭된, 변조된 센싱신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하기 위한 아날로그 디지털 변환부와; 상기 아날로그 디지털 변환부에 의해 디지털화된 변조된 센싱신호를 복조하고 상기 복조된 센싱신호로부터 터치여부 및 위치를 파악하기 위한 제어부;를 포함한다. |
