| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 케블라 섬유 표면에 별도의 코팅층을 형성하여 우수한 방탄 특성을 갖는 케블라 섬유를 제조하기 위한 방탄용 케블라 섬유용 코팅 방법을 제공하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 방탄용 케블라 섬유용 코팅 방법에 있어서, 준비된 케블라 섬유의 표면을 처리하는 케블라 섬유 전처리 단계; 케블라 섬유 표면에 코팅층 시드 형성을 위한 시드 용액 제조 단계; 시딩된 케블라 섬유 표면에 코팅층을 성장 시키기 위한 성장 용액 제조 단계; 전처리된 케블라 섬유를 시드 용액에 침지시켜, 섬유 표면에 코팅층 시드를 형성하는 케블라 섬유 코팅층 시딩 단계; 및 코팅층이 시딩된 케블라 섬유을 성장 용액에 침지시켜 코팅층을 성장시키는 케블라 섬유 코팅층 성장 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
