| dc.description.abstract | 데이터마이닝을 이용하여 생산 공정에서 품질을 관리하는 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일례에 따라 생산 공정에서 품질을 관리하는 방법은, 생산 공정 내에서 품질에 영향을 미치는 요인에 해당하는 공정 인자와 공정 인자에 대한 결과에 해당하는 양품 및 불량품에 대한 품질 변수를 입력받아 인자-품질 간의 관계를 나타내는 온톨로지(ontology)를 생성하고, 생성된 온톨로지에 기초하여 관측하고자 하는 관측 지점을 결정하고 생산 공정을 통해 실시간으로 관측 지점별로 공정 인자의 관측 좌표와 측정 데이터를 입력받고, 입력된 관측 좌표 및 측정 데이터에 대한 비선형 값들을 선형 분리하고 분리된 선형 값들에 기초하여 SVM(Support Vector Machine) 학습을 수행하며, SVM 학습 결과로부터 현재의 공정 상태를 예측한다. | - |
