본 발명은, 섬유소재의 표면에 카르복실산 그룹들을 생성하도록 섬유소재를 표면 처리하는 단계, 섬유소재의 표면에 폴리피롤(Polypyrrole;PPy) 또는 폴리피롤과 그래핀 옥사이드(Graphene oxide;GO)의 혼합물을 코팅하는 단계, 섬유소재를 촉매금속 수용액에 침지하는 단계 및 섬유소재에 마이크로웨이브를 조사하여 섬유소재의 표면으로 기둥형상의 탄소나노튜브들을 성장시키는 단계를 포함하는 복합섬유 제조방법을 제공한다.
따라서 요구되는 강성을 만족시키면서 두께를 얇게 할 수 있기 때문에 플렉서블(Flexible)하여 착용감을 향상시킬 수 있다.
