| dc.description.abstract | 원심력을 기반으로 하는 디스크 모양의 칩을 활용하여, 다량의 혈액 및 체액으로부터 세포-자유 핵산 정제 전 과정이 일체화될 수 있도록, 회전가능하게 설치되어 원심력에 의한 유체의 이송이 이루어지는 디스크, 상기 디스크에 설치되어 시료 및 핵산 정제에 필요한 시약을 공급하기 위한 공급부, 상기 디스크에 설치되고 상기 공급부와 연결되며 내부에는 핵산 흡착을 위한 흡착 매개체가 수용되어 시료로부터 핵산 흡착이 이루어지는 흡착 반응챔버, 및 디스크의 원심력 방향을 따라 상기 흡착 반응부 출측에 연결 설치되어 원심력에 의해 흡착 반응챔버를 통과하여 배출되는 용액을 수용하며 외부로 배출하는 용액 수용부를 포함하는 핵산 정제 장치를 제공하고자 한다. | - |
