| dc.description.abstract | 시료로부터 원하는 물질을 추출하고 이를 측정하는 전 과정이 일체화되어 있고, 적은 시료를 이용하여 분석이 가능하도록, 원심력에 의한 유체의 이송이 이루어지는 플랫폼, 상기 플랫폼에 설치되어 시료 및 시약을 공급하기 위한 공급부, 상기 공급부와 연결되고 내부에는 유기용매가 수용되어 시료로부터 목적물질을 액-액 추출(liquid-liquid extraction)하여 상분리(phase seperation)시키기 위한 추출챔버, 상기 추출챔버에 연결되고 추출챔버에서 추출된 목적물질을 수용하는 수용부, 상기 플랫폼에 형성되어 유체가 이동되는 유로, 및 상기 유로를 선택적으로 개폐하는 밸브를 포함하는 미세 유동 측정 장치를 제공한다. | - |
