| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 지방산 생성능이 개선된 변이 대장균 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 특정 유전자가 불활성화됨으로써 우수한 지방산 생산을 나타내는 변이 대장균 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 변이 대장균은 야생형 대장균에 비해 개선된 지방산 생성능을 나타내므로, 지방산 생산 및 이로부터 함유화학제품을 생산하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 특히, 본 발명에서 새롭게 규명된 envR, gusC 및 mdlA 유전자들은 불활성화되는 경우 지방산에 의한 부작용(예를 들어, 세포독성)을 감소시켜 대장균에서 지방산의 생산을 증가시키는데 기여하므로, 상기 유전자들은 지방산 생산과 관련된 다양한 연구에 응용될 수 있을 것이다. | - |
