| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은, 패치에 관한 것으로, 피부 또는 안구에 흡수되는 약물제를 전달하기 위한 패치에 있어서, 유연성 및 신축성을 갖는 베이스 시트; 상기 베이스 시트의 어느 한 면에 일면이 접합되며, 유연성 및 신축성을 갖는 베이스 플레이트; 상기 베이스 플레이트의 타면으로부터 돌출되어 연장 형성되되, 설정 간격 상호 이격되어 복수 개 형성되는 기둥부와, 상기 기둥부의 선단으로부터 연장 형성되되 상기 기둥부를 향하는 면과 반대되는 면이 상기 피부 또는 상기 안구에 밀착하여 접착되는 접착부로 이루어지는 복수 개의 미세섬모들; 및 상기 베이스 플레이트, 상기 기둥부 및 상기 접착부 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상에 고체 상태로 구비되어 상기 피부 또는 상기 안구와 접촉하면 녹아 상기 피부 또는 상기 안구로 흡수되는 약물제를 포함한다. | - |
