- 본 발명은 그래핀 상 금속산화물층, 그의 제조방법 및 그를 포함하는 전자소자에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 그래핀 상 금속산화물층의 제조방법은, 그래핀을 표면개질하는 단계; 및 상기 표면개질된 그래핀 상에 원자층 증착법(atomic layer deposition; ALD)을 이용하여 금속산화물층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함한다.
