| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은, 건식접착 구조물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 베이스 플레이트와, 상기 베이스 플레이트 상에 돌출 형성되는 돌출부 및 상기 돌출부의 선단으로부터 연장 형성되는 접촉부를 포함하는 미세섬모를 포함하는 건식접착 구조물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 웨이퍼 상에 상기 접촉부를 형성하기 위한 제1 몰드층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 제1 몰드층 상에 상기 돌출부를 형성하기 위한 제2 몰드층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 제2 몰드층에 상기 제2 몰드층을 관통하는 복수 개의 제1 관통홀들을 형성하는 단계; 상기 제2 몰드층을 표면 처리하여 상기 제2 몰드층을 친수성으로 변화시키는 단계; 상기 제1 관통홀들에 식각용액을 유입시켜 상기 제1 몰드층에 상기 제1 관통홀들과 정렬되는 제2 관통홀들을 형성하는 단계; 상기 제1 관통홀들 및 상기 제2 관통홀들에 채워지도록 폴리머를 도포하여 경화시키는 단계; 및 경화된 상기 폴리머로부터 상기 제1 몰드층 및 상기 제2 몰드층을 분리시키는 단계를 포함한다. | - |
