| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 티타늄 공급원 및 철 공급원을 혼합하여 용액을 준비하는 단계; 상기 용액에 투명전극 기판을 침지시킨 후 건조하여 티타늄이 도핑된 FeOOH를 제조하는 단계; 상기 티타늄이 도핑된 FeOOH를 세정한 후 어닐링 처리하여 티타늄이 도핑된 헤마타이트(hematite, α-Fe2O3)를 합성하는 단계; 및 증류수, 실리콘 공급원 및 티타늄 공급원으로 이루어진 혼합용액에 상기 티타늄이 도핑된 헤마타이트를 침지시킨 후 열처리하여 패시베이션 층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 티타늄이 도핑된 산화실리콘(SiOx) 패시베이션 층을 포함하는 산화철 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따라 제조된 티타늄이 도핑된 산화실리콘(SiOx) 패시베이션 층을 포함하는 산화철을 물 분해 전극으로 이용할 경우 1.23 VRHE 및 1.50 VRHE에서 각각 2.44 mA/cm2 및 3.70 mA/cm2의 광전류 밀도 값을 갖는 바, PEC의 광전기화학 특성을 개선할 수 있다. |
