| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 비배위성 용매, III족 양이온의 전구체, 제1리간드 및 제2리간드에 배위된 백린(white phosphorus)을 혼합하여 열분해 반응에 의해 나노크리스탈을 합성하는 나노크리스탈 합성단계 및 합성된 상기 나노크리스탈을 침전시키는 침전단계를 포함하는 메탈 포스파이드 나노크리스탈의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 입자크기가 1.5 내지 2nm이고, 430 내지 550nm의 파장의 발광영역(emission range)을 갖는 매직 사이즈드(magic-sized) 메탈 포스파이드 나노크리스탈, MxPy(x,y는 10 내지 100 사이의 정수)의 구조식을 가지며, 발광스펙트럼의 반값전폭(FWHM)이 100nm 이하이고, 적어도 코어에서 30%의 포토루미네선스(photoluminescence) 양자 수율을 가진 메탈 포스파이드 나노크리스탈을 제공할 수 있다. | - |
