- Abstract
- 본 발명은 다공성 강유전체 박막 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 다공성 강유전체 박막의 제조방법은, 용매에 P(VDF-TrFE)를 첨가하여 제1 혼합용액을 제조하는 단계; 상기 제1 혼합용액에 물을 첨가하여 제2 혼합용액을 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 제2 혼합용액을 기재 상에 코팅하여 박막을 형성하는 단계;를 포함한다.
