| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명의 고정 바이어스된 록-인 픽셀은, 입사되는 광에 의해 전하를 생성하도록 구성된 광감지 영역; 상기 전하를 인출하도록 상기 광감지 영역의 전하이송방향의 단부에 배치된 제1 TX 게이트 및 제2 TX 게이트; 상기 전하이송방향을 가로질러 서로 바라보도록 상기 광감지 영역의 양측에 배치된 전극들의 쌍을 포함하되, 각 쌍들이 상기 전하이송방향을 따라 나란하게 배치된 적어도 하나의 래터럴 전극쌍을 구비할 수 있다. 이때, 상기 래터럴 전극쌍의 각각은, 상기 전하를 상기 제1 및 제2 TX 게이트를 향하여 가속시키기 위하여, 상기 전하이송방향을 따라 증가하거나 감소하는 형태의 전계를 형성하도록 바이어스될 수 있다. | - |
