| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 의료용 실리콘 3D 프린터에 관한 것으로서, 출력베드와, 상기 출력베드에 인접되게 설치되며, 열경화성 성형재료를 적층하여 입체적 성형물을 제조할 수 있도록 상기 출력베드에 상기 성형재료를 압출하는 압출노즐이 마련된 프린터 유닛과, 상기 압출노즐에 설치되어 상기 압출노즐로부터 압출된 성형재료를 경화시킬 수 있도록 상기 출력베드에 압출된 상기 성형재료에 열을 인가하는 경화부를 구비한다. 본 발명에 따른 의료용 실리콘 3D 프린터는 압출된 성형재료에 열을 인가할 수 있는 경화부가 마련되어 있으므로 압출된 성형재료를 경화시키기 위해 별도의 경화장치로 성형대상물의 이송이 요구되지 않아 보다 용이하게 성형대상물을 경화시킬 수 있다는 장점이 있다. |
