- Abstract
- 일실시예에서, 1차 측 회로가 풀 브릿지를 포함하는 LLC 공진형 컨버터의 출력 전압을 제어하는 방법은, 2차 측 회로의 출력 전압을 센싱하는 단계, 상기 출력 전압에 기초하여 PFM(Pulse Frequency Modulation) 방식에 따른 제1 PI (Proportional-Integral) 보상 신호를 생성하는 단계, 상기 출력 전압에 기초하여 PSM(Phase Shift Modulation) 방식에 따른 제2 PI 보상 신호를 생성하는 단계, 스프레드 스펙트럼 제어 신호를 생성하는 단계, 및 상기 제1 PI 보상 신호, 상기 제2 PI 보상 신호 및 상기 스프레드 스펙트럼 제어 신호에 기초하여 1차 측 회로의 스위칭 소자를 제어하는 스위칭 신호를 생성하는 단계를 포함한다.
