| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명에 따른 시그마 델타 루프를 갖는 서미스터 기반의 온도 센서는, 다수의 저항 스위치와 각 저항 스위치의 일단에 각각 연결된 다수의 온도 센서를 포함하는 다수의 전류 경로와, 상기 다수의 전류 경로의 출력 측에 직렬로 다단 연결된 다수의 적분기와, 상기 다수의 적분기 중 적어도 하나 이상의 적분기의 차동 쌍 간의 전압 차이에 가중치를 반영하여 전압 차이값을 출력하는 다수의 가중치와, 상기 다수의 가중치의 출력과 상기 다수의 적분기 중 최종 단의 적분기의 출력을 입력으로 하여 샘플링 클럭에 동기화된 출력을 생성하여 상기 다수의 저항 스위치를 온 또는 오프 스위칭하는 가중치 비교기를 포함할 수 있다. | - |
