| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 그래핀 양자점의 디자인에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 다양한 전자 소자에 이용 가능한 그래핀 양자점이 육방정계 질화붕소 내부에 형성된 박막 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 측에 따르는 그래핀 양자점이 육방정계 질화붕소 내부에 형성된 박막은, 육방정계 질화붕소 박막에 있어서, 복수 개의 인접한 질소 원자 및 붕소 원자의 자리(site)가 탄소 원자로 치환되어 형성된 그래핀 양자점(GQD, graphene quantum dot)을 하나 이상 포함한다. | - |
