| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 포도당으로부터 1,3-프로판디올을 생산할 수 있는 신규한 재조합 크렙시엘라 뉴모니아 균주 및 이를 이용하여 포도당으로부터 1,3-프로판디올을 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 야생형 크렙시엘라 뉴모니아 J2B 균주는 포도당으로부터 글리세롤이나 1,3-프로판디올을 전혀 생산하지 못하였지만, 본 발명의 재조합 크렙시엘라 뉴모니아 균주는 포도당으로부터 최대 0.82 mol/mol 의 수율로 1,3-프로판디올을 생산할 수 있다. 본 발명의 재조합 크렙시엘라 뉴모니아 균주는 배지 내 고가의 비타민 B12 첨가 없이도 1,3-프로판디올을 생산할 수 있어 1,3-프로판디올을 경제적인 생산에 매우 유용하게 활용될 수 있다. | - |
