| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하는 폴리아스팔트아미드(Polyaspartamide) 가교제이다: [화학식 1] [화학식 2] [화학식 3] 여기서, x 및 y는 서로 동일하거나 상이하며, x 및 y의 합이 150 내지 700의 정수이며, *는 결합되는 부분을 의미하며, R1은 상기 화학식 2 또는 화학식 3으로 표시되는 치환기이이며, n 은 0 내지 4의 정수이며, m은 0 내지 6의 정수이다. 본 발명은 상기 폴리아스팔트아미드 가교제를 포함하는 하이드로 겔을 제조할 수 있으며, 상기 하이드로 겔은 기계적 성질 및 분해 속도의 조절 가능하다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 하이드로 겔을 이용하여, 서방성 약물 조절이 가능한 하이드로 겔을 포함하는 약학 조성물을 제공할 수 있고, 상기 하이드로 겔을 포함하는 생의학 소재용 조성물을 제공할 수 있다. |
