| dc.description.abstract | 인젝션 락킹 기반 클락 체배기에 연관된다. 보다 구체적으로 주파수 변이를 전압 값으로 변환하고, 전압 도메인에서 누적 적분하여 주파수 변이를 판별하고 VCO(Voltage Controlled Oscillator)의 고유 주파수를 교정한다. 전압 도메인에서의 누적 적분에 있어서 전류 불일치에 의한 문제를 해결하고 주파수 변이의 판별 정확도를 높이기 위해 디퍼렌셜 구조를 이용한다. | - |
