| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 하기 화학식 1로 표현되고, 초기공(hyperporous) 구조를 가지는 실리콘 플레이크(silicone flake)를 활물질로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극재 및 상기 실리콘 플레이크의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. xSi·(1-x)A (1) 상기 식에서, 0.5≤ x ≤1.0이고; A는 불순물로서, Al2O3, MgO, SiO2, GeO2, Fe2O3, CaO, TiO2, Na2O K2O, CuO, ZnO, NiO, Zr2O3, Cr2O3 및 BaO로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 화합물이다. |
