- 본 발명의 일실시예에 따르면, 내부에 플라즈마가 형성되는 챔버; 상기 챔버내에 위치하며 시료를 수용하는 스테이지; 캐소드 및 애노드를 포함하는 가속 전극 및 솔레노이드 코일을 포함하며 상기 플라즈마를 통하여 상기 스테이지상에 펄스빔을 조사하는 전자총 및 상기 전자총 및 상기 스테이지를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하며, 상기 제어부는 상기 가속 전극의 전압을 20kV 내지 25kV로 조절하는 금속 표면 처리 장치를 제공한다.
