| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 우수한 특성과 다양한 장점에도 불구하고 소수성, 낮은 안정성 등으로 인하여 활용이 어려웠던 바이오라세인의 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 이러한 바이오라세인의 기능성과 장점을 그대로 유지하면서도 지지체인 섬유의 표면 혹은 표면 바로 아래의 섬유 내부 등에 안정적으로 담지되어 코팅층이 형성될 수 있는 바이오라세인이 포함된 섬유의 제조 방법 및 이러한 방법으로 제조된 섬유 혹은 섬유 제품에 관한 것으로, i) 바이오라세인 용액을 사용하여 섬유를 염색하는 단계; ii) 실리카 전구체를 젤 형태로 변환시킬 수 있는 시약과 혼합하여 예비 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; iii) 상기 예비 혼합물을 섬유 표면에 도포하여 젤로 변환시키는 단계;를 포함하는 바이오라세인이 포함된 섬유의 제조 방법 및 방법으로 제조된 바이오라세인이 포함된 섬유를 제공할 수 있는 생체물질 고정화 기술에 관한 것이다. | - |
