| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은, 미세채널 제조용 크랙 형성방법에 관한 것으로서, 기판에 감광물질을 도포하고, 경화시켜 몰드블록을 형성하는 소프트 베이크(Soft bake) 단계; 상기 몰드블록 상에 상기 노치부와 대응되는 제1 노치패턴이 형성된 제1 포토마스크를 배치 후 빛을 조사하는 1차 노광 단계; 상기 1차 노광된 상기 몰드블록을 가열 건조시키는 1차 PEB(Post Exposure Bake) 단계; 상기 몰드블록을 1차 현상하여, 상기 몰드블록에 상기 크랙을 발생시키기 위한 노치부를 형성하는 단계; 상기 몰드블록 상에 상기 크랙이 전파되는 영역과 대응되는 전파영역패턴이 형성된 제2 포토마스트를 배치 후, 빛을 조사하는 2차 노광 단계; 상기 2차 노광된 상기 몰드블록을 가열 건조시키는 2차 PEB(Post Exposure Bake) 단계; 상기 몰드블록을 2차 현상하여, 상기 노치부로부터 상기 크랙이 발생 및 전파하며 형성되는 단계를 포함한다. | - |
