| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은, 기계적 특성을 향상시키고 공정 시간 단축을 구현할 수 있는 나노 물질을 포함하는 탄소 섬유-고분자 수지 복합재의 제조 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 나노 물질을 포함하는 탄소 섬유-고분자 수지 복합재의 제조 방법은, 탄소 섬유를 플라즈마를 이용하여 표면 개질하는 단계; 고분자 수지 원료, 촉매제, 및 나노 물질을 포함하는 제1 용액을 형성하는 단계; 고분자 수지 원료, 개시제, 및 나노 물질을 포함하는 제2 용액을 형성하는 단계; 상기 제1 용액과 상기 제2 용액을 혼합하여 혼합 용액을 형성하는 단계; 상기 혼합 용액을 상기 탄소 섬유 상에 전사하는 단계; 및 상기 고분자 수지 원료의 중합 반응이 수행되어 고분자 수지가 형성되고, 이에 따라 상기 고분자 수지가 상기 탄소 섬유와 결합하는 단계;를 포함한다. | - |
