| dc.description.abstract | 수소가스센서를 이용한 수소 가스 측정방법에 관한 것으로, 수소가스센서를 이용하여 수소가스의 농도를 측정하는 단계 및 상기 수소가스의 농도를 측정한 수소가스센서에 줄 열(Joule heat)을 발생시키는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 수소가스센서는, 기판 상에 소정의 간격을 두고 마주보고 위치하는 한 쌍의 전극부, 상기 한 쌍의 전극부를 연결하며 상기 한 쌍의 전극부에 의해 지지되는 탄소나노와이어, 그리고 상기 탄소나노와이어의 표면에 아일랜드 형태로 위치하며 평균 입경이 1nm 내지 500nm인 수소감지입자를 포함하는 것인 수소가스센서를 이용한 수소 가스 측정방법을 제공할 수 있다. | - |
