| dc.description.abstract | 하나의 장치 내에서 임의의 비율로 시료를 연속 희석하여 시료 희석 농도를 다양하게 조절할 수 있도록, 유체가 이송되는 유로와 상기 유로를 선택적으로 개폐하여 유체의 흐름을 제어하는 밸브를 구비한 몸체, 상기 몸체에 유로를 따라 형성되어 시료를 희석하는 희석부 및 희석부에 연결되어 희석액을 수용하는 저장부를 포함하고, 상기 희석부는 버퍼액을 공급하기 위한 버퍼액 공급부, 상기 버퍼액 공급부와 연결되어 시료와 버퍼액이 혼합되어 희석되는 혼합챔버, 상기 혼합챔버 출측에 연결되어 내부의 용액을 정량 배출하고 혼합챔버 내부에 계량된 용액을 잔류시키는 시료 계량부를 포함하는 미세 유체 희석 장치를 제공한다. | - |
