| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 해수전지 셀의 제작을 위해 천공된 장착홀을 갖는 라미네이트 필름과 상기 장착홀에 결합되는 세라믹을 가접한 접합대상물을 융착하는 융착장기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 반구형 연결브라켓을 포함하는 세라믹-라미네이트 융착기는 하부금형과, 상기 하부금형에 안착되며 융착대상물인 세라믹과 라미네이트 필름이 1차 접합된 접합대상물을 지지하는 지그부와, 상기 하부금형의 상부에 상하로 승강 가능하게 설치되며 상기 지그부에 안착된 세라믹과 라미네이트 필름을 가열 및 가압하는 가열판 및 상기 가열판을 상하로 승강구동하는 액추에이터를 포함하는 상부금형을 구비하며, 상기 지그부는 상면에 하방으로 소정깊이 인입된 인입홈이 형성되어 있는 지그본체와, 상기 지그본체의 인입홈에 안착되는 완충부재와, 상기 완충부재의 상부에 상기 접합대상물이 안착되면, 상기 접합대상물의 상부에 안착되는 부착방지필름과, 상기 부착방지필름의 상부에 안착되는 보조가열판을 포함한다. |
