| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명에 따른 삼차원 나뭇가지 형태의 이종접합체 구조를 갖는 발광다이오드 제조방법은 (a) 실리콘 웨이퍼 기판 위에 질화물갈륨계 발광 다이오드 에픽 박막을 성장시키는 단계; (b)에피 박막을 떼어내는 과정을 거쳐 발광 다이오드를 완성하는 단계; (c) 발광 다이오드의 상부 전극에 ZnO 나노선 성장 방지를 위해 포토레지스트로 막을 형성시키는 단계; 및 (d) ZnO 나노선 성장 방지를 위한 포토레지스트로 막이 형성된, 발광 다이오드 소자 표면에 이종접합체 나노선 구조를 형성시키키는 단계;를 포함하여 발광 다이오드의 광 추출효유을 향상기키는 효과가 있다. | - |
