| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 금속이 함침된 탄소계열 물질 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 금속이 함침된 탄소계열 물질은, 탄소계열 물질; 및 상기 탄소계열 물질의 적어도 일 면에 함침되는 금속;을 포함하는, 금속이 함침된 탄소계열 물질을 제공하고, 본 발명의 금속이 함침된 탄소계열 물질 제조방법에 따르면, 열처리된 탄소계열 물질을 준비하는 단계; 금속을 포함하는 물질을 상기 금속의 용융점 이상으로 용융시키는 단계; 상기 열처리된 탄소계열 물질을 가열하는 단계; 상기 용융된 금속에 상기 가열된 탄소계열 물질을 담그어 상기 용융된 금속이 상기 가열된 탄소계열 물질 내부로 함침되도록 하는 단계; 및 상기 금속이 함침된 탄소계열 물질을 냉각시키는 단계;를 포함하는 금속이 함침된 탄소계열 물질 제조 방법을 제공한다. | - |
