| dc.description.abstract | 본 기재는 리튬 이차전지용 실리콘계 음극 활물질의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 제조방법은 (a) Si, Si-M 합금(이때, M은 전이 금속, 알칼리 토금속, 2족, 13족, 14족 원소, 희토류 원소 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 원소이며, Si는 아님), SiO 및 이들의 조합에서 선택되며, Ge을 더 포함하는 실리콘계 입자의 표면에 금속 촉매를 담지시키는 단계; 및 (b) 상기 금속 촉매가 담지된 실리콘계 입자의 표면으로부터 실리콘 나노구조체를 성장시키는 단계를 포함한다. | - |
