| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 본 발명은, 중간 사슬 지방산 생산 촉진용 형질전환 대장균의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, (1) 야생형 대장균의 사이드 패스(side pathway)에 관여하는 유전자들을 넉-아웃(knock-out)시키는 단계; (2) 상기 대장균의 중간 사슬 지방산을 생산하는 효소 ChFatB2의 유전자를 ldhA 유전자 자리에 치환하는 단계; (3) 상기 대장균의 fadR 프로모터를 fabI 프로모터로 치환하는 단계; 및 (4) 상기 대장균의 ChFatB2 프로모터를 fabI 프로모터로 치환하는 단계;를 포함하는 것이다. | - |
