| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명의 일 실시예는 복수의 태양 전지 셀이 연결된 페로브스카이트 태양 전지 모듈에 관한 것으로서, 상기 각 태양 전지 셀은 기판 상에 형성되고, 상기 기판상에 형성되는 제1 전극, 상기 제1 전극 상에 형성되는 제2 전극 및 상기 제1 전극과 제2 전극의 사이에 배치되고 적어도 페로브스카이트 계열 물질을 함유하는 광흡수층을 포함하는 중간층을 포함하고, 상기 제1 전극은 복수 개로 형성되어 각각의 제1 전극 사이에는 이격 영역이 형성되고, 상기 제 2 전극은 일 영역에서 상기 제1 전극과 연결되는 연결 영역을 포함하고, 상기 제2 전극은 복수 개로 형성되어 각각의 제2 전극의 사이에는 분리 영역이 형성되고, 상기 복수의 태양 전지 셀의 배열 방향을 기준으로 상기 연결 영역은 적어도 일 영역에서 이격 영역 또는 분리 영역과 연결되도록 형성된 페로브스카이트 태양 전지 모듈을 개시한다. | - |
