The Department of Nuclear Engineering provides educational opportunities for both undergraduate and graduate students interested in advancing of the human best technology of nuclear science and technology and in enhancing applications of nuclear technology for the benefit of human society and the earth environment in terms of energy use and carbon zero. We help our students to make contributions to the multi-disciplinary science and engineering principles; to the development and engineering of safer nuclear systems for power generation, safer nuclear waste management, and other marine or space applications; and to the integration of advanced safer nuclear systems into human society and the earth environment. We are proud of ourselves to advancing in such greatest achievement of human society since the beginning of human society.
