Abstract
It remains a significant challenge to develop a photocatalytic water splitting system to produce solar hydrogen (H-2) with greater than 10% efficiency. Recently, a practical water splitting approach has been demonstrated that produces H-2 fuel using natural sunlight, pure water, and photocatalysts.
