dc.description.abstract | A new curable arylamine containing a perfluorocyclobutane (PFCB) structure without an acidic group was synthesized. The material was thermally cured on ITO after spin-coating. The polymer showed excellent solvent resistance, high thermal stability, high transparency, and good surface smoothness. | - |
