dc.description.abstract We consider the elliptic system problems arising from the Maxwell-Chern-Simons model. In this system, there are two important parameters related to Chern-Simons mass scale and electric charge. Under almost optimal conditions on these two parameters, we show the existence of nontopological condensates with magnetic field concentrated at multi-bubbling points. -
