| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 질병 및 표현형 위험도 예측 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 전 세계 인종／민족을 대상으로 개발된 여러 질병 및 표현형 관련 유전자 마커에 대해, 유전적 위험도를 검사하려는 집단에 적합하게 마커별 가중치를 부여하여 유전적 위험도를 예측함으로써 질병 및 표현형 위험도 예측의 정확도를 높일 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 또한, 유전자검사를 통한 비질병 표현형 예측의 정확도를 높이기 위하여, 표현형에 미치는 증가영향과 감소영향을 구분하고 동시에 고려하여 유전적 위험도를 예측함으로써 질병 및 표현형 위험도 예측의 정확도를 높일 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 또한, 의학적 장비를 통해 측정하지 않고, 질병 발생에 영향을 미치는 환경요인을 임상설문(Clinical Research)으로 수집하고, 수집된 환경적 요소를 유전적 요소와 통합하여 유전적 위험도를 예측함으로써 질병 및 표현형 위험도 예측의 정확도를 높일 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다. |
