dc.description.abstract | 무유기 복합 페로브스카이트 태양전지는 2019년 공인인증효율 25.2%를 달성하는 놀라운 성과를 보여주였다. 그러나, 페로브스카이트 태양전지의 효율 향상을 위해 사용되는 Spiro-OMeTAD나 PTAA 유기 홀 전도체는 고가이며, 소자의 불안정성을 야기하는 문제가 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 무기 홀 전도체 CuSCN를 적용하였고, CuSCN 공정 용매(dipropyl sulfide, diethyl sulfide)별 영향을 조사하였다. Diethyl sulfide 용매를 사용할 경우 CuSCN 용해도는 향상되고, 아래층 페로브스카이트의 표면 및 결정 구조의 변화는 확인되지 않았고, 최고 광전변환효율은 16.9%를 확인하였다. | - |
