dc.description.abstract To reuse process knowledge in enterprise systems development, the reference conceptual model is specified and a tool to support reuse of process knowledge is introduced. The tool uses a selected conceptual model to represent process knowledge deliberations and retrieves useful artifacts from a process knowledge graph library through the use of a matching facility.
