Abstract
In this work, we performed theoretical analysis of resonant plasma-wave transistor (R-PWT) for terahertz (THz) emitter. Through the decomposition of plasma-waves, we show that reflection coefficient is over unity and introduce R-PWT design window based on a simple 2D plot, which can provide both maximum channel length (Lmax) and operation frequency.
